There's an equity problem in early childhood education. Actually, at least a couple.  The first one is that not every child has access to quality education, and it puts them way behind when starting elementary school.  The second is that there is an unconscious bias that minority children face, specifically black boys, that shape the way that they're treated and taught in school.
