Aisling McCallion is a Technical Knitwear Designer, Product Developer & Shima Seiki Programer according to Linkedin but more clearly, she's an incredibly talented, creative designer that specialises in Knitwear from Muff Co. Donegal. Aisling has previously worked with Inis Mean knitting Co, puts on public events to raise awareness on the damage the fashion industry does and promotes sustainable fashion. She is also currently setting up her own knitwear brand. My respect and admiration for Aisling is endless and I hope you learn as much from this conversation as I did.
