Doing the Dishes with Rafferty Thompson

A Comedy podcast
Good podcast? Give it some love!
After hosting a late night talk show that took place in a bed, called The Pillow Talk Show, Rafferty Thompson began producing the weekly comedy podcast, Doing the Dishes with Rafferty Thompson. Every week, Rafferty explores a different theme, and whether the theme is something fun (Summer, Music) or something scary (Satanism, Open-Mic Comedy), the podcast always dishes out jokes. The podcast’s guests have included Tom Scharpling of The Best Show, Ramsey Ess of Splitsider, and the author of Mr. Mike: The Life and Work of Michael O’Donoghue, Dennis Perrin. And in November of 2014, the show was proclaimed by the Willamette Week to be one of the “Six Local Podcasts Worth Hearing.” Though the show intends to be frivolous and funny, Rafferty does occasionally ask some serious, hard-hitting questions. For instance, whilst interviewing the well-renowned baseball writer, Rob Neyer, Rafferty asked, “What is baseball?”

I talk about the first days of the Trump presidency: the holocaust statement, his taxes and that it still sucks to have to look at him.
