I really enjoyed this podcast. In-depth, well researched, wonderfully edited - really enjoyed it!

So I'm not the biggest true crime fan, but I know a quality true crime podcast when I see one. The main quality isn't just in the host's presentation style but in the fact that she handles the story so respectfully. This isn't sensationalized or scandalized. However, because the parameters that make a 'Dr. Death' possible are so relevant to us, it was important to get the word out. That doesn't change that there are real victims and suffering involved.

Thoroughly enjoyed this podcast- another great one by Wondery. I find Wondery's best podcasts are like great books that you can't put down.

Season 1 is completely deserving of 5 stars. Maybe it is the lack of novelty, but the second season doesn't hit quite as hard.But that first season...I suggest it to people that I know have never even listened to a podcast because this story and the storytelling is so perfect. Easily one of the best podcasts I've ever heard.

This podcast fills in a lot of details that the news reporting missed. The subject was fascinating. I could have used a stronger structure, but it was a good podcast. Laura Bell is an excellent host.

this podcast was well-done. a testament to that is how painful it was to listen to - all those stories and all those people intertwined with one crazy guy, though calling him crazy takes away the severity of his actions.

This is the show that showed me podcasts could be more than talk shows and DND live plays. Don't get me wrong, I also love those, but this is defenetly something else entirely, it's the renaissance of radialized drama in the making.

Gave it 5 stars because I was enjoying it and wish I could have finished, but I'm squeamish about surgical stuff and the descriptions in the podcast literally made me ill and very close to passing out. ? Would recommend to anyone who likes any of the Wondery produced podcasts. They are all terrific.

Super interesting story about how the medical system let one doctor get away with murder. Extra episodes at the end superfluous.
