Hypnotherapy involves positive suggestions while hypnosis is the process of moving someone into a relaxed state. How we can replace our negative thoughts with positive ones through repetition. Dr. Steve shares some of his own limiting behaviors and thoughts in the past. How limiting beliefs around money have affected him in the past and using the power of “putting it out there” to change your mindset. We can use hypnosis to overcome points of resistance in areas such as career, money, family etc. There is always going to be another plateau and goals to reach. Dr. Steve shares the difference between hypnosis and meditation and how we can use both to our advantage.
