With all evidence of the Eta Carinae crash confiscated by Lester Trice, Felix and Allan are forced to abandon the case and focus on their fledgling pirate radio broadcast, the Drywater Dispatch. But when they are approached by a mysterious old man who has lost a priceless family heirloom, their only clue leads them to a troublesome gang of familiar boys who may have gotten in over their heads - and dragged Felix and Allan deeper into the mystery than they ever expected.
