Jen Proctor left a very lucrative career as the head of talent with a Sony subsidiary to start her business, Cultivated Entertainment, because she wanted to be her own boss. Her company has scaled massively in the last six months and she’s really had to ask what are the aims behind the goals that she’s setting.
