This week I sit down with Richard Thompson an entrepreneur responsible for three successful start ups and his also the Chairman and Founder of M&C Saatchi Merlin Talent agency. He is also the Chairman of Two Four Group an independent production company which was acquired for up to £100 million by ITV.

In todays interview, Richard discusses his early childhood and experiences at school that led him to leave at 16 to pursue the world of work and business. He also talks about the positive influences from his family that developed the right attitude to be successful.

Richard is also a Chairman of the Debretts Foundation and we discuss social mobility for future generations, and things that can be put in place.
