Ruth was named by the Independent as one of the 50 most influential women in sport, and took up her role as as CEO in 2013. In a 13 year career focussed on social change, Ruth talks about how a deeper purpose has helped her stay focussed on making an impact in the third sector.

In this episode we breakdown Ruth’s drive and determination for social change and we delve into her thoughts on leadership, gender equality and advocacy.
