It's really cool being around someone like Paul Glezer, even if it is just via Skype.

I had the great pleasure of being on Paul's own podcast, My Wellness Wishlist, a few weeks back, and now we're reversing the roles for him to be a guest here on Enlightened Entrepreneurial Badasses.

He's based down in Melbourne, Australia where he works as a health and wellness coach with spirituality and a 'holistic view' being a large part of what he does.

But here on the podcast we talk about Paul's story and how he went from suffering with pretty obvious nervous twitches and anxiety in his childhood, to pretty much curing this within two days of going on a silent meditation retreat in India.

It's a great chat we had, in which we talk more in detail about what actually went down on a daily basis at this silent meditation retreat and how Paul took what he learned there and applied to to his life afterwards.
