One of my favorite bands to come out in the last two years is Deal With God from Syracuse. I had their vocalist Dylan on the podcast back on Episode 48 and I knew I'd have their bassist Colin Mraz on eventually. Similar to Dylan, Colin recently moved to Syracuse in the last couple years. Colin and I talk about his time in Binghamton, fronting the bands Sinkhole and Misgiver. As someone who booked a ton of shows in Rochester 20-25 years ago, I was pretty excited to talk to Colin about his experience booking shows in Binghamton before he moved to Syracuse. Finally, we talk about what Deal With God has been up to over the last few months. Deal With God are opening for Buried Alive in Syracuse on April 8th and they are playing at The Bug Jar in Rochester on April 23 as part of the Undeath record release show.
