Do any of you flip to the back of the book and read the ending when beginning a new novel? (I  can just see a few of you smiling now). 

Well, I thought I’d go ahead and flip to the back and let you know how the story ends before we dive into secret #2 of the 10 Coaching Secrets for a Successful Business series. 

The 10 secrets could not come at a more perfect time as we head into the new year and set new goals for ourselves. Let me tell you, if you are growing your coaching business you need these secrets in order to not only get clients, but keep and transform them into raving fans. 

Let’s recap-- coaching secret #1 was all about finding your voice. No more mimicking others. Finding your own voice and operating in that sphere of excellence is what will set you apart from others. How exciting!

Coaching secret #2 is your 1% factor. 

You’re probably wondering, “what in the world is a 1% factor?”

99% of DNA is identical between each other. However, that other 1% is uniquely you.

Struggling coaches don’t understand that it’s that 1% factor that helps them stand out and draws their perfect client to them. Most people will bury that 1% and pretend to be something they are not or they try to become who they think people want. Then wonder why they’re not seeing success in their business or in their client’s life (ouch!).

Clients won’t believe in you more than you believe in yourself. 

Hiding that 1% is actually making it harder for you to grow your business. Your vibe attracts your tribe. 

Unlock and unleash that 1%. It was given to you to put out in the world. It is divinely yours to set into action to change lives. Find that thing that comes naturally. Think back on what people say they love about you. Figure out what that 1% is and use it! Step into that identity, because no one is going to do it for you. People are waiting for you to say yes to your 1%.

Quit burying who you are. 

And the best part is that there’s no competition in the market, because that 1% is uniquely you. 

The biggest take-aways from today’s episode are:

1.  What is your 1% factor? Scientifically speaking, 99% of DNA is identical between each other. However, that other 1% is uniquely you. No one else has that 1%. It is reserved for you and you alone. It is a divine fingerprint given to you for you to use to fulfill your unique and special purpose on this earth.
   
   
2. Your experience creates your expertise. Your pain becomes your purpose. Your mess becomes your mission. But people hide it and try to be something that they’re not. It’s not easy to hear, but we have to call it out.
   
   
3. The broken things that aren’t working are operating in automation. When we do the same thing over and over again (like brush our teeth), our brain puts them on autopilot where it just becomes second nature. We don’t have to think about them; we just do them. There is good news though! There is a way to neutralize and rewire these automated processes. By combining your 1% factor with a true brain-based transformational coaching model, you will see these automations rewire themselves and then begin seeing unbelievable breakthroughs.
