Back a long time ago in a far way galaxy.... I did a show called The Covers Theme show (actually it was originally called Everything and the Kitchen Sink November 7th 2014) But it's 2016 so I can totally go back into time and "rebrand" that episode....If you don't already know, I am a big fan of covers if they are done right. In fact I went and ranted about it on my website. I do have a rant section on that fancy thing where sometimes I put my ranty nonsense in print form! I haven't done this theme in two years and I didn't feel the urge to revisit until I heard a song I hadn't played on the show in years. There is no better excuse to play a song than to build a show around it. Also it's probably one of the greatest challenges when you want to keep it true to the EatKS eclectic mayhem and nonsense. Please check out the EatKS.net website for all the super duper cool things like the hyperlinks so that you can buy ALL this music and the crazy stuff that I talk about on the show. IMPORTANT,I SCREWED UP! The Black FLag Album that Louie Louie was on was called "Everything Went BLack" and not "Damaged" The Playlist The Cowboy Junkies - Sweet JaneLou Reed - Foot Of PrideEcho and The Bunnymen - It's All Over Now Baby BluePavement - Killing MoonLos Campesinos! - FrontwardsBlack Flag - Louie LouieSepultura - Rise AboveJohnny De Courcy - A Girl Like You Joe Strummer and The Mescaleros - Walk On The Wild Side
