Over the years, through watching her own mother, raising two beautiful daughters, and connecting with so many amazing women, she has seen first hand how moms tend to put themselves last, seek validation, become people pleasers,  and try so hard to fit in. As a result moms develop limiting beliefs, self-doubt, and lack of self-confidence. This can lead to  living inauthentic, unfulfilled lives that don’t even begin to scratch the surface of our potential.
