I had to talk to Angelique about being a stay home mom. She has 2 boys and at the time she was home schooling both kids. How does she do it, what was her secret? 

I wanted to ask her how she stays at home, how she schedules and  balances her responsibilities and still has time with the kids, especially outside, and how she puts in time for nourishing yourself.
