This week’s guest, Jennifer O’Mara, is graduated from the University of Florida with a background in Exercise Physiology and an emphasis in Physical Therapy. She studied Pilates under and was certified by protégé Romana Kyrzanowska. She now owns and operates the USPA certified Pilates Loft in Orlando. She uses Pilates as a form of cross training to improve her flexibility and core strength.
