Who better to teach us all things, but He that authored the book?

It is the same thing with our life in Christ. We must start right, continue right, and finish the race set before us according to God's blueprint. The Bible's patterns for life are not merely religious rules; they're proper rules. That is, they're patterns that work so we can live, obey, and grow in the way God designed us to live.

His commandments and precepts supply the foundation to build lives that stand strong and tall. Spiritual frames built on His solid rock. All designed to make us into the image of Christ. This pattern for godliness produces a character that leads to making the decisions in Christ that will create the future God desires for you.

As you understand His interest in your success, you will be able to contribute to that success with wisdom. God is interested in your success and has promised to guide you as you add to His Kingdom. As you invest the time to study God's Eternal Word, you will discover and develop the Image of Christ as it reflects upon your earthly and eternal existence in Him.

The Results of the Disciples’ Obedience to Jesus’ Instruction:

· Peter was a part of and took part in a miracle of God

· Peter saw himself as he had never seen himself before

· Others received the benefits of the miracle

· Peter’s concept of God changed

· God changed the disciple’s vocation

· God broke their hearts and instilled the correct idea of Jesus

· Jesus became a living reality for them.
