Here’s a little more about the founders…

CFI football was founded by Ben Barratt, Chris Humphrey, and Hakem Mallem. Ben Barratt is a registered football agent and business owner whose son is also involved in the academy system, having been signed to Southend United under 9’s. Chris Humphrey had a fantastic professional football career, playing for Preston North End, Motherwell and Hibernian – he has also represented Jamaica at international level. Hakem Mallem heads up youth development and played professional football at a high standard. His son, Max, is also in the academy system, with most top flight clubs trying to persuade him to play for them.
