In this episode I quickly take you through 5 vegan and gluten free substitutes that have changed my life.  I have been a vegetarian most of my life, but about 3 years ago I discovered that I have Graves Disease and need to eat gluten free as well.  

It was hard at first, but I finally found my substitutes, and now cooking at home is fairly easy and straightforward.
