For Keeps is a fantastic podcast. I just finished listening to Ep 49. (70s records and celebrity crushes) and it was a joy.The host has a complete understanding of audio storytelling. The pacing of the episode was excellent, helped by strong editing. If the rest of the show is half as good as this episode, it will be a worthwhile series-listen.Great way of providing a snapshot for different areas of culture. Such a professional sounding show. Can't wait to listen to more. So I won't - I'll stop typing and go listen to another episode of For Keeps...

This American Life meets rare collections. David is an amazing storyteller. This podcast is not just about hidden gems. It's about the people who collect these things. For Keeps is one of the few podcasts that I must listen to as soon as it drops. Love it.

Very cool and unique podcast. Each episode is special and different about not just things people have collected, but also the stories that take you back in time, often to places you have never been, and makes you think about the stories that would be told if the items around your own self could talk.
