Gavin is joined by a pioneer in Canadian Martial Arts Justin Bruckmann.
Justin is a MMA fighter, a black belt in judo and Brazilian jiu-jitsu, has coached fighters in the UFC and ran his Gym Bruckmann Martial Arts since 2004.
From humble beginnings sleeping on the mats at his first Judo club to fighting some of the biggest stars in the history of mixed martial arts was a pleasure having Justin tell his story.
