Robert Gabsa, a Gallup Workplace Consultant, was our guest on a recent Called to Coach. In Part 3 of a 5-part series on Building a Strengths-Based Culture, Robert shared the third step in this process: building an internal network or community of strengths coaches. The organizational benefits of having such a network or community include that internal coaches often know the organization better than external coaches would; and that they can provide ongoing support through more frequent, even daily, contacts with the organization, including teams and executives.
