People exceptionally strong in Restorative are adept at dealing with problems. They enjoy figuring out what is wrong and resolving it. Restorative wants to take something that’s broken and bring it back to its’ original glory. Strong restorative brings a solution mindset to daily problems, readily taking on problems others think can’t be solved. They analyze situations, identify shortcomings and make the necessary adjustments to resolve things. It is an executing theme, that says “I’m in the problem and I’m moving the problem towards a solution.” It has a forward progression to it.Raw restorative is problem focused. Mature is solutions focused. Raw restorative takes on all responsibility to fix a problem on their own shoulders. Mature is the facilitator of fixing problems. Statistically, Restorative is least likely to be paired with Responsibility in an individual’s top 5 strengths.
