thought processes. While re-evaluating our deeper assumptions, we may acknowledge
that we don’t control anything around us. What we are able to control is ourselves. Selfchange becomes the key to uncover anything.

Epiphany: I accept myself with all my strengths and subtleties.
Affirmation: In order to free myself from self imposed limitations, I no longer allow
any negative thoughts to influence me.
