We begin by reviewing the last 7 days in tv, film and gaming. Gray has been to see 'No Time to Die', so gives us his thoughts on the latest Bond outing. He also chats about 'Legends Of Tomorrow' (and the state of the Arrowverse), CBS drama 'The Equalizer', and Channel 4's 'Joe Lycett’s Got Your Back'. Meanwhile, I talk through finishing the latest seasons of 'Star Trek: Lower Decks', 'COBRA: Cyberwar', 'Titans', 'Only Murders In The Building', along with the return of 'Doctor Who', and my first impressions of the new video game 'Guardians Of The Galaxy'.

In the TV news, we run through the renewals, along with some cancellations and pickups. We also chat through Jon Hamm's new animated role on FOX, some 'Batgirl' movie casting, and Disney+ finding the lead for their 'National Treasure' tv series.
