Our guest this week is Chuck (@Charlubby) the creator of adorably relatable comics about mental health issues. Her comics feature pigeons and those trash birds help us figure out the trash thoughts our brain tries to tell us. We talk about her upcoming book Bird Brain,  how creating art can help ease the stigma around mental health, and why animal crossing is so appealing to adult audiences.
