Brandon Maslan and Jennifer K. Hill interview world renowned celebrity vocal coach, Arthur Samuel Joseph, about his Vocal Awareness work. Arthur shares the importance of creating a "Persona Statement," which encompasses how you believe you are currently perceived, as well as how you want to be known.

He walks Brandon through an exercise called a "Conscious Loving Breath (CLB)" and the phrase "I am an extraordinary human." Arthur emphasizes the importance of being one's Self in all situations in life, and explains these tools are access to that.

Arthur also touches on another Vocal Awareness principle, "Loving and Letting Go." Arthur and Jennifer discuss the importance of telling yourself "I love you" in the mirror every day.
