In this week's episode, I speak with Brooke, who I had the pleasure of working with at Yodle!  After some stops along the way she found herself in a Client Services role but realized her skills could be used in a different department, Human Resources.  So she talked to the local HR lead and found a path into HR...all while staying at a company she loved!  Brooke shares her story and specifically her advice to people who want to make a career change but still stay at their current company!
