Hello lovelies!!
In todays episode I share how I am looking after myself and handling my social anxiety as we come out of lockdown.
Although I am so happy, excited and thankful to be able to see my friends, go to work and get back to doing the things I love, I am also feeling sad, anxious and scared so I wanted to share with you the things that I am doing to help with all of those feelings.
