In Ezekiel 33, we see God giving that prophet instruction on the duties of the watchmen.  How the watchmen were supposed to look for threats, and when identified, they were to blow the trumpet to warn their fellow man of the imminent danger they were in.  Then, God tells Ezekiel that’s his responsibility unto the children of Israel.  

However, when we examine the duties of the watchmen, we can see so many more ways this Scripture can apply to our lives.
