This year, as part of our annual Thanksgiving tradition, we’re looking at the things that make the food on our tables possible.

We started with ovens in the last episode. So naturally it’s time to look at the pots and pans that go on that oven and help make the foods we like so much happen. From the earliest days we follow right along to the modern times and learn some surprising things along the way about how cooking pots not only changed the way we cooked, but also the things we could cook. And that changed everything.
