Cara Macklin is an award-winning businesswoman, entrepreneur and success coach specializing in innovative thinking, developing a powerful mindset and creating meaningful change. Both an entrepreneur and coach, Cara’s journey began at five years old, growing up in her family business where her education started around the kitchen table. She started her first business at age 15 and spent more than 15 years as a Director in the family business—an award-winning healthcare and hospitality group that grew from three businesses with 250 employees to seven businesses and 600 employees. In 2018, Cara disrupted the elderly healthcare industry in Ireland by creating the first ‘Lifestyle Care Home’ cited by the Institute of Directors’ (IoD) chairman as a ‘world-class concept.’ With a burning desire to help dynamic entrepreneurs, Cara now runs her own business called Caram. She helps entrepreneurs grow and create even greater success, with a unique blend of her business acumen and mindset coaching to think innovatively, act courageously, develop a powerful mindset and create meaningful change.
