In this episode, I unpack self sabotage. We may all engage in self sabotage, but may not even realize it. During my own journey to better my mental health, I have come to realize some of the behaviors I have been engaging in are rooted in self sabotage. The key is to identify the issue and get real with dealing with it. Self sabotage can occur when we fear failure, success, or we are looking for a way out of a situation.
