This month we have a VERY special guest on our podcast, the one and only, CELIA LINFORD. Her and her siblings grew up participating in 4H, a community club that teaches homegrown work ethic. Toon in for a behind the scenes look on what goes into raising animals for the use of food in a more ethical way than the general practice of mass producing animals to be used for food. 
This week due to some technical difficulties... we have a shorter episode for you all, but don't worry because Julia's still covering a very important topic: Mother's Day!
Spring is here! Celia comes to us this week with some info on farmers markets and reminds us how great they are just in time for the spring. Then Julia takes a new look at the effects of harmful chemicals  not just on our earth, but also our bodies by getting into some causes of infertility. 
This week we cover some heavy topics including vegetarianism and the fish food industry. As always though, your girls get us through it with a few laughs along the way!
