Can you have a "director of faith" in today's financial corporate world? Is it possible to have a director of faith and community in a secular business these days? Is it even legal or beneficial? What effect does that have on the bottom line? Greenwich Leadership Forum Moderator, David W. Miller, Ph.D. interviewed Co-Founder Brock Bukowsky and Matt Gordon, Director of Faith and Community, and discussed how they are incorporating faith into the workplace in a way that is respectful, legal, and good for corporate culture.

About GLF
We bring local business executives and leaders together once a month to engage each other and prominent outside business leaders in open and frank dialogue about the vital link between faith, leadership, and ethics. We consider the resources of two bibles – the Wall Street Journal and the Holy Bible – to find practical wisdom, guidance, and encouragement to deal with the challenges and opportunities facing leaders in the marketplace. Led by David W. Miller, Ph.D., we engage in stimulating and meaningful dialogue.

The Greenwich Leadership Forum* (“GLF”) is an organization that provides a forum for men and women business executives to explore how faith can be a valuable resource in their personal decision-making, ethics, and leadership, and to help build and lead successful and ethically sound organizations. Based on Christian principles and Biblical teachings, GLF welcomes men and women from all faith traditions.

Conceived in winter of 2003, GLF had its first pilot series in spring 2004. Feedback was positive, a board was assembled, a mission was agreed, and a 501c3 corporation was formed. Donations are tax deductible.
