Cason Carter of Broughton Partners built a custom intake process to find the right potential claimants for lawyers. He's built a team of 110 people of which 65 are working in their in-house call center. Unlike many other agencies who are just delivering leads to lawyers, Broughton Partners is doing everything end-to-end and delivering closed cases to their lawyer partners.
