Back in the middle of November, some two months ago, we did an episode about an investment opportunity where a million-dollar home was sold by a builder in order to lease it back from our investor and use it as a showcase to sell more houses in the community. The good news is finally closed. But we wanted to share with you the ups and downs and many things that happened along the way since the original introduction of this transaction to our investors all the way to closing. Everything that happened is what I consider to be normal drama in the day off day real estate investor, but I will say there were at least three or four times along the way I was certain the deal is dead and we are not going to make it.
