My guest today has been an entrepreneur for 25 years and has no plans to stop anytime soon.

During his career, he has built multiple businesses in the UK, Germany, Poland, and the United States, and currently sits on the board as a director of three companies.

His most successful venture has been Escape Fitness, which he cofounded in 1998. Since then he has grown the company from a small start-up idea into a world-renowned fitness equipment brand.
