Brilliant insights and practical life advice, and really interesting to listen to. I love Gretchen and Liz and their conversations. P.s. I'm an upholder.
I'm an avid podcast fan (and podcaster), and this is one of my favorite podcasts – and the one I've listened to the longest. Gretchen's insight into human nature has been incredibly helpful for me in my job and in my relationships (esp. as a parent and spouse).
I have nothing in common with Gretchen and her fantastic sister Elizabeth yet I have realised from listening to their instant addiction of a podcast that I am extremely like both of them in different ways. Their openess and support of each others journey is so relatable in that this is not an act, this is real women with hunger for growth and every episode does a beautiful act of discussing topics that would be boring if talked about at length and instead discussing them with humanity and purpose. If I forget who I am I put on the ladies while I do housework and instantly feel back on track. Listening to this podcast like a noncommital one sided friendship for introverts. I read Gretchens book The Happiness Project before her podcast found me and again I have nothing in common with her on paper but exactly hmm... let me think... EVERY PAGE HIT HOME FOR ME. This woman has a talent for expressing, observing, digesting, and improving the human experience. Listen to the podcast, read the books, be Happier.
Interesting content, but any of the covered topics does not have to be related with being happy.
Makes me happier. It's just fun with good information.
