Jump into the world of isometric movements and strength exercises that tone your full body while giving you a lean look. 

Barre Fitness is a full-body workout that can be done using only your own body resistance or with the optional light set of weights and minimum equipment for added resistance. With Barre, it’s all about becoming body aware and moving “through the mud” (with control and resistance).  Achieve a strong and lean body with Barre Fitness workouts. Go through a series of exercises that use isometric movements to quickly fatigue your muscles and get you results. You’ll recognize moves from Yoga, Pilates, and Ballet that come together to create a unique and fun full-body workout that’s low impact. You don’t need a lot of space to get a great workout done.   

Want to work your abs or glutes more?  With On Demand, you have the possibility to take shorter guided classes that target specific areas of your body.
