Randy Brothers is a God fearing Husband and Father that grew up in a conservative home with very modest income. He’s been very entrepreneurial his whole life and went to college for business. Randy attended the University of Northern Colorado and graduated in 2006. Shortly after graduation, he started my first construction company. By the time the mortgage crisis hit in 08/09 he had just about lost everything. Randy started his roofing company in 2010 and has built it into a 10 million dollar per year company in 2017. He has taken all his experiences from his failures and successes and has written a book called, “Start It, Build It, Grow It...The contractor’s guide to success.” Along with the book Randy has started an online digital education and business coaching platform to teach other contractors how to start and build their companies.
