Jillian Tedesco is the founder and owner of fit-flavors. With 10+ years of personal training and nutrition experience, as well as a culinary degree from Le Cordon Bleu Culinary Institute, she formed fit-flavors in September, 2009 out of her house. It started with cooking for a handful of clients she was personal training. Through fit-flavors, she wants to further help people who don’t want/like/have time/know how to cook reach their nutrition goals and make room for more family time.
