Avdeep Bahra is an occupational therapist that uses various mindfulness-based techniques to enable clients to overcome self-limiting beliefs and thoughts. She guides clients to work through feelings of overwhelm, stress, frustration, isolation and more. Avdeep has an undergraduate degree in Psychology and a Masters in Occupational Therapy.
