She is an amazing woman who has overcome domestic abuse and childhood emotional trauma and has dedicated her life to shedding light on women and moms going through different seasons of life and making the normal struggles we all go through normal and not something to be ashamed or embarrassed about.  She is also a huge supporter and advocate for childhood ADHD, domestic violence survivors, and caregivers for veterans.
