After graduating cosmetology school, Mel made her way to the big city and unfortunately, this would be her demise. After falling in with Blaze aka Johnny aka dick head, Melissa decided she didn't want to split her money with a wannabe pimp (as she should. fuck the man.) and she began looking for sex work on craigslist and this was one of the last things she would ever do.

After having been missing for a week, her family finally made enough noise to kick the cops into gear. Would she have ever been found if Shannan Gilbert hadn't gone missing? Probably not. But, her death wasn't the end of the story for Melissa's family. Listen this week and find out the truly bazar things that happened in the days following the murder of Melissa.
