As promised, it's part two of our identity & insecurity exploration - this time with the focus on Indi. However, a trigger warning for those who listen, this episode goes deep in exploring the ways in which trauma forms our identity and mentions drug abuse, death and self harm because as Indi states, she is more than the girl who's dad died... But it's not all doom and gloom, we promise! 

Indi takes you through some key theories in identity formation and what they mean. Body theory, memory theory, identity theory and social identity theory and by breaking them down she helps you to understand how these all impact your identity.
