Probably my favorite episode so far. I was skeptical going in because of some of the negative press about the company, but Blake does a good job of addressing the criticism head-on. The first 2/3 of the episode addresses Blake's incredibly diverse entrepreneurial path. Can't recommend enough!

Incredible story-telling & journey prior to the creation of Tom's Shoes. I had an opportunity to meet & film the co-founder (Alejo) in Argentina (near both the polo fields and poverty stricken area near-by where the inspiration came from + first shoe drop-off took place). Blake and Alejo are buena gente.
