If New Year's Resolutions don't work for you, maybe you'll find some inspiration from how I'm approaching 2021.

This year, instead of setting new years resolutions, I've created a personal theme fore the year: "Be Intentional"

I've chosen to do this because...

1. I'm rubbish at keeping to my NY resolutions
2. A theme is much easier to remember for a whole year than a list of goals to achieve
