Sam is super knowledgable in the multifamily space and adds such value to his audience by focusing on all aspects of apartment investing. It’s great to learn from him and the fabulous guests he interviews. His content is great for the beginner and seasoned investor. If you’re at all interested in learning about multifamily investing, then this podcast is not to be missed!

Great Podcast :)

This podcast is geared towards “business owners who dabble in real estate and want to grow their portfolio or expand their network.” I am not a business owner nor am I an active investor, so some things talked about in episodes are beyond my knowledge or presently out of reach. I wish there were more guests featured that are just starting out (relatively new investors). One thing I don’t really like, which isn’t the host’s fault, is that sometimes the guest's audio seems to be inconsistent. Not really much of an echo or distortion, just really loud sounding at times. Maybe I haven’t listened to enough episodes yet, however I wish the host would be more animated, not disingenuous or forced, just a little more umph and spontaneous. Though I understand the choice to be a gracious host and provide your guests with the mic and keeping episodes more concise. Outside of that I believe Mr. Wilson has a great voice and asks good questions. I enjoy the episode format. It’s an added bonus that the host provides a lot including key quotes and additional resources in the show notes. Not every podcast does that. Since I tend to take notes, that extra offering helps. The different topics that are covered is also appreciated. The episode details make it easier to find what you’re looking for via scrolling or the search bar. Even though I’m just learning about real estate investment it gives me inspiration and things to look into and look forward to in the future.

Is it possible for scam victims to receive their money back? Yes, if you have been a victim of a fraud from an unregulated investing platform or any other scam, you may be able to reclaim what was stolen from you, but only if you report it to the appropriate authorities. I'm so happy that I found this podcast! In just 20ish minutes I can learn from the best minds in the commercial real estate business. The host and guest stay focused on the subject and unlike many other real estate podcasts, I don't have to suffer through the bad jokes or unrelated information in order to find the nuggets that will actually useful to me and my business. Great one for the commute!

I have been interested in learning more about investing in real estate and this is the perfect place to start. So much great content and information. Really enjoying the format as it is easy to listen, learn, and enjoy. Looking forward to more and will be referring back to these episodes often!
