Beth Borowsky has an MA in Early Childhood Education and Montessori teaching. She is a course writer, a yoga teacher of both adults and children as well as being a teacher trainer.
Beth leads a team of teachers who go into preschools and teach kids weekly yoga classes.
Beth is also the Founder of “Just Breathe Yoga” where she teaches adult yoga - studio classes and privates; teacher trainer; she also finds time to run workshops and retreats

Beth has a business goal to train every teacher possible in how to easily weave yoga breath and mindfulness into the classroom every day. She wants to change the culture of schools to become “Karma Schools” with “Karma Citizens” - students who are resilient, compassionate, critical thinkers and creative learners in the classroom, school, their community and the world.
Beth is a committed student of Ana Forrest who she met at a Conference in New York City. Beth continues to study and learn. She has tenacity; good work ethic; and truly absorbs yoga into her life
Beth opens up about the failure of her first marriage and subsequent divorce. From that she learned her greatest lesson; to dig deep and to really trust herself, her strengths and her dreams.
